A recent report by the Helen Clark Foundation looks at the concept of low traffic neighbourhoods. The report suggests that these areas would help with emission reductions, improve road safety, reduce accidents and deaths and improve people's sense of belonging. This week is Road Safety week in NZ so perhaps it is time to look at solutions that will keep everyone safe and happy. Read the full report below.
