Tuesday afternoon saw traffic grind to halt once again. Was it rain that caused the congestion? Delays of up to 60 minutes were reported. Some people were sat in their cars others were left waiting at bus stops while packed buses whizzed past. Greater Auckland takes a look at the problems and possible solutions.
