A new bus station at Botany Town Centre will provide immediate benefits for the community and act as a crucial link for the Eastern Busway when it opens in 2027. The station will enable buses to use the existing route via Tī Rākau Drive and Te Irirangi Drive to connect with the Eastern Busway in Burswood. It will serve as an interim link when the Eastern Busway opens in 2027 until funding is confirmed for Stage 4 of the project.
