The government has announced a consultation on the options for a new harbour crossing. NZTA will look at how all modes need to cross the harbour in the future, what new infrastructure is needed to cater for these modes, where it will go, and how to make the best use of the existing infrastructure including the Auckland Harbour Bridge to create a more resilient network.
