Eke Panuku have announced that North Wharf is on the market. Currently home to hospitality the site was developed in 2011, just before the Rugby World Cup. The council is selling a 125-year lease for the site. With a land area of 3674sqm, and 174 of water frontage this north facing site is bound to attract a lot of interest.
