What's been the impact of half price PT fares?

NZTA - Waka Kotahi has recently published the results of a research survey they undertook. The research notes that just changing the fares hasn't suddenly got more people using PT. It would appear that if more people need to swap to PT the services need to be better - price reductions alone may not be the answer.
